slow service overpriced food
i found the service slow at times. the terrace closes rather early at 11 pm. the food seemed overpriced too and it didn't feel like it matched the expected high standards.

preserved rooms breakfast buffet spacious room
The hotel preserved the rooms used by Mustafa Ataturk. They are now shown as a museum. The breakfast buffet included lots of variety. The room was spacious (very important) and well-equipped.
The people helping with taxis seemed a little snobby.

oldest elevator friendly staff special visit
the building itself is a marvel. it even hosts europe's oldest elevator, it took me to the upper floors. staff member barsn was very friendly and funny. he, it was great.
the room i got was smaller i was expecting. the gym lacked enough towels for all of us, guests. no one was around to assist with needs.

the concierge was attentive and provided prompt assistance with luggage and transportation arrangements. turndown service included fresh towels and chocolates near my bed. the front desk staff efficiently handled check-in and check-out procedures.

the hotel features a well-equipped fitness center with modern equipment and a personal trainer is also available upon request. there is a swimming pool with comfortable lounge chairs near the pool area. a business center with printing and fax services is available .

my room included a king-size bed with premium bedding and a selection of different pillows. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries are also provided. the climate control system maintained a constant, comfortable temperature in my room.

hot water historic elevator great shower limited variety unattentive staff
My room was a Beautiful Pera Side Room King and it was nice. The shower worked really good, and the water was always hot. I also enjoyed the historic elevator. It reminded me of traveling in time.
Breakfast included wasn't great. There was not much variety. Staff seemed preoccupied, so getting their attention was difficult. It really affects the experience.
